The Tate Britain had become a dusty old gallery that young people did’t find interesting or relevant in their lives. The irony was, from it’s inception, it was the very heart of British culture.

When young people discover the drama behind the art, like any powerful story, they are compelled to want to know more. These simple posters on the London Underground and in press, were very much a talking point that summer. The short documentary also fueled new interest one of London’s iconic galleries.
